A "Planning Mode" where new constructions are paused for finding the right layout

It's annoying when I place a new building to plan my new <raw material mining / processing / storage> complex and the drones start rushing in and building my stuff and I am not even finished with the layout and where all the inputs and outputs go.....let me place my buldings without pausing the game because I want them to keep digging.

drones that are setup for digging will only dig and not build
thats why you have to manually add 5 drones to the drone configuration module

yeah I know - I have currently 20 digger and 20 hauler drones and 9 basic drones

This is something I would desperately love to have. Having to demolish and rebuild because you put something in the wrong place is a massive pain. Having a "ghost" mode for buildings (that will stay in that mode until you choose to build them) would add a lot of versatility and replay ability to the game. And also, please ensure that the port labels are always shown in planning mode. This would be number 1 on my list or most requested features.

Adding to this, the ability to copy-cut-paste groups of buildings in planning mode would also be really awesome.

Would be nice if you could save a load blocks of this design similar. It's one thing to have a planning mode, it's another thing entirely to be able to save and load the designs once made game after game.
