Storage Manager for Flight Control Center

Background: Resource Storage boxes have a Storage Manager where we can control which (types of) resources can be brought in (and taken away) using drones. Storage Manager is disabled for the Flight Control Center.
Suggestion: It would be useful to have Storage Manager enabled for Flight Control Center to be able to disable drones running in and bringing items that we are already providing via conveyor belts much faster. This would keep drones from attempting to "help" and neglecting other tasks.
