Add WASD Controls on Research Page

Add scrolling up/down and "tabbing" left/right between the research categories using WASD on the research page. For example, hitting A while on the Engineering tab would shift you to the Fundamental tab.

VasThis should include disabling keys from affecting the main game like R for rotate, while in the research page or any other for that matter. Otherwise by the time you get out of your research page, you'll be lost.
