Storages with priority on output

It would be a great feature to have logic-based output options for storages. Ideally, the left side could be set as a priority output for manufacturing, while any surplus resources would automatically be directed to the right side. Although this can currently be achieved using belts and loops, it's not the most elegant solution—especially in areas where space is limited.
