Add materials to the cost of conveyor belts.
With how simple conveyors are (motor+plastic or rubber belt, metal ones are also an option), why do they cost money and not resources?
That bit has confused me too. I understand it costing some money as a way to instant build them, but they should cost less money and use more materials. Steel and silicon are easy-ish at the start.

KvikkmestergaliI feel like conveyors costing money is more of a gameolay decision than what would make sense. It ties the game back to contracts. Also those drones are slow af at building stuff have you ever tried building a room? It takes so long for many small builds

Joe CI like that conveyors cost money. It puts more of an emphasis on raising funds and makes the game more challenging.

Stephen BrownI think anything that you build in the base costing money is simply bad design. You are on the moon after a major catastrophe, where most if not all other human life on the rock has been wiped out, and all infrastructure destroyed. You start with nothing, but within 5 minutes of playing, you can somehow PAY SOMEONE MONEY to build something in your base that only contains your own machinery???
Make it make sense.
Belts should effectively be free to build (currency wise), and just instantly use a resource.
We don't need the drones to build them (that would take FOREVER).
