Add option for rovers to auto-scout/auto-mineral scan

Nothing worse than spending 10min fixing a production issue underground only to realize my rovers have been sitting on their butts not scanning/exploring.

Maybe rovers could have an alternate movement mode, where they move slower, but scan a narrow radius along their movement path?

Even if all this did is have them auto scan/auto survey when they are idle, that would be a huge improvement. Then you could click on an idle rover and see the results from its idle scanning while it was stationary before you send it someplace new or follow up on the secrets scan if it found something.

Either make the rovers follow a path to scan along, or give it a simple Rumba mode.
