More conveyor inputs on Flight Control Center

  And give the flight centre a small amount of storage so you can stop a splitter and the remaining items on the "last-mile" of conveyor will still enter the flight centre for next time (like the cargo elevator has) making manual switching of conveyor inputs a bit easier at least.
